3rd EEMI International Sustainable Housing Finance Symposium

Venice, 3-4 October 2024

During this third International Sustainable Housing Finance Symposium the focus will be set on the journey already done by the Energy Efficient Mortgage Labelled lending institutions in developing, promoting and reporting on their sustainable products linked to housing improvement. It will as well look to the present taking into considerations of the key takeaways of the current EU project of TranspArEEns, which looks at ways to report in a standardised way the ESG information of SME loans. A look in the future is provided by a roadmap on the next steps on the European Secured Notes project which looks at how to finance SME loans using the covered bond technology.

This Symposium takes place in the frame of Venice, where housing and living on water sets the ideal location to discuss about sustainable housing.
