Energy Efficient Mortgages Event – Riga, Latvia

The Energy Efficient Mortgages Event marked another important step toward the objective of the Energy Efficient Mortgages Initiative, putting the spotlight on the 45 European lending institutions, joined by 32 supporting organisations throughout the EU and by 12 national, European and International institutions of the Advisory Council who are currently working together to achieve the ultimate goal to successfully lead the way and foster sustainable growth.

The Event

The Energy Efficient Mortgages Event marked another important step toward the objective of the Energy Efficient Mortgages Initiative, putting the spotlight on the 45 European lending institutions, joined by 32 supporting organisations throughout the EU and by 12 national, European and International institutions of the Advisory Council who are currently working together to achieve the ultimate goal to successfully lead the way and foster sustainable growth.

The event brought together more than 230 representatives from the European banking, construction, valuation and engineering sectors, as well as policymakers and took place in Riga, Latvia, alongside the 29th ECBC Plenary Meeting.

  Main discussion topics include: market hubs, common themes, market barriers and enablers across EEM product development, data and partnership issues, as well as a market development roadmap
• The 29th ECBC Plenary Meeting – (14:00 – 17:00)
  Keynote speaker: Mario Nava, Director for Horizontal Policies, DG FISMA, European Commission

The Plenary Meeting will be followed by:
