Market Demonstrators

Under the EU-funded DeliverEEM project, EEMI drives real change by showcasing six live demonstrations of groundbreaking tools, mechanisms, and templates. These market demonstrators have been carefully chosen to reflect the unique characteristics of their regions—such as building stock, market readiness, and climate zones—and to build on valuable lessons from EEMI and related initiatives. By leveraging the best practices already in place and aligning with input from national authorities, the project aims to create standardised yet flexible blueprints. These blueprints are designed for seamless adaptation across regions with similar trends, enabling rapid, coordinated scaling both within the EU and globally.

Through deep engagement with the demonstrators—including data analysis, practical tool implementation, and interactive workshops—the project is generating actionable insights. These insights will fuel strategies to expand the EEM ecosystem to new markets, supported by EEMI national hubs and partnerships. The demonstrations bring together key players, including banks, investors, property valuers, and SMEs, working together to unlock the potential of energy-efficient financing and accelerate the green transition.
